Partners Assisted Living Services, Inc. began with the idea of making life better for seniors. Both professionally and personally we knew folks that did not need highly specialized medical care, but were struggling with the tasks of daily living. These folks did not want to move into a facility or become a burden to their families, they just needed a little friendly help so they could remain independent in their own homes.
From this small idea, the co-founders of PALS combined their years of experience to open the Farmington office in the summer of 2002. Since this time, we have served over 300 of our friends and neighbors in San Juan County.

The Pals behind Pals
Pam Hyder and Judy Castleberry, the Pals Gals, have been friends since their school days in Farmington.
Judy Castleberry, President, has over 26 years of experience in senior care as a long term care administrator, supervisor for senior apartments and an assisted living facility, and respiratory home care. Judy is also the author of The Caregiver Zone.
Pam Hyder, Vice President, had been a legal assistant for over 27 years. Pam is an accomplished church organist. Together with her husband, Don Hyder, she performs often for church and in the community.
